Our company is based in the Philippines which assists us with lower overheads and greater service to our clients.

Our trusted partner factory is located in China which enables us to easily reach our extensive global market.

How do I get my designs created?

You can contact us via email or whatsapp and our professional design team will assist you in creating an extroadinary visual experience. There is a one time fee of $50 AUD for unlimited designs and revisions.

What type of logos do you need to make my products?

We require logos in vector format. This can be via a pdf file or .eps file. To check in your logo is in vector format you simply zoom in on the logo and if the lines in the logo stay clear and do not become distorted this is a vector format. JPG and PNG files are not vector format.

How do I find out pricing?

How do I work out sizing for my order?

You can contact our customer service team via email at customerservice@sfpsport.com or via the Whatsapp link and we can provide you the size charts required for your order.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer mens, ladies and youth sizes for all apparel items.

How do I place my order with SFP?

You can contact our customer service team via email at customerservice@sfpsport.com or via the Whatsapp link and then we will provide you an invoice outlining your order for your approval.

How do I confirm the colours and logos are correct prior to bulk production?

Once production is started we provide you high-quality visual prototypes in just 7–10 days which you approve before bulk production commences.

What is the production time?

Our production times are 4-5 weeks for sublimated apparel and approximately 4-6 weeks for cut and sew apparel. We also offer a Fastrack Service of 2-3 weeks and 3-4 weeks. For a fastrack service of 2-3 weeks we add an additional 20% of your order. For a fastrack service of 3-4 weeks we add 15% of your order.

Who do you use for delivery of my order?

We only use reputable delivery partners such as DHL and Fedex.

Product Care?

Our washing instructions are included on the label of all apparel items.

What are the shipping charges?

As delivery charges fluctuate on a regular basis we quote delivery once your order has been confirmed which is payable by the client. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we sure do. We ship all over the world.

What if I'm not home when my order is delivered?

That's ok, we can leave your delivery at your designated delivery address upon your request.

 

RETURNS / REFUNDS

How do I return an item?

As we have 100% confidence in our strict production and quality checking procedures we can ensure this won't occur however if you do believe you have an issue you can contact our customer service team via email at customerservice@sfpsport.com or via the Whatsapp link.

PAYMENT METHODS

How do I pay for my order?

Each invoice nominates our bank details at the bottom so please use those details and also use your invoice number in the reference field for faster processing.
