COSTS

We aim to provide you with complete transparency regarding the shipping costs associated with your order. Upon placement of your order, you will receive a detailed notification that outlines the shipping costs applicable, clearly stated in the currency of your selection. Please ensure that all provided information is accurate to facilitate a smooth transaction. 

DELIVERY

When placing your order, you will receive an estimated delivery time indicated in business days. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and bank holidays.

Please be aware that we utilise third-party delivery providers for shipment, which are beyond our control. Consequently, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery timeframes.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a notification card will be left. This card will provide instructions on how to collect your order. Please note that orders will be held at the delivery service for a limited time. If you do not respond promptly to the notification card, your order may be returned to us. Please understand that in such cases, the original shipping charges will not be refunded, and additional shipping fees may be incurred for reshipment.

If you are unable to be available at the time of delivery then please advise SFP beforehand so we can arrange to have your order left at the place of delivery with proof of delivery confirmed by the relevant third-party provider.

Please be advised that we cannot accept responsibility for any import taxes, duties, excise, tariffs, or other charges that may be levied or incurred for all deliveries. We strongly recommend conducting thorough research into any potential import charges that may apply to your order before finalising your purchase.
